Accurate estimates lead to profitable projects
We offer quick build estimates for $450, single-storey build estimates for $990 and double-storey build estimates for $1,300. Multi-unit projects and custom home estimates are priced on arrival. We do not estimate renovation projects.

Ballpark estimates
This is a 90%-complete estimate for checking the feasibility of a client’s plans. Use this to vet which projects are worth pursuing at all.
Total estimates
This estimate includes absolutely all materials and hardware, all laid out in a clear spreadsheet so you know precisely what you need and what it costs.
Up-to-date prices
Our unique database updates supply prices every month, guaranteeing that you’re getting the most up-to-date estimates possible. Update your estimates whenever you need.

You can use our estimating services whenever and however you like. But integrate it with our other services, and you’ll have a smooth and efficient workflow: draft > ballpark estimate > revisions > total estimate > procurement.
Drafting
We can help you create detailed construction drawings for your projects. We can work with you and your client to ensure the project is built on design and on budget.
Town planning
Alongside our estimates, we’ll also connect you with experienced advisors who will guide you through the town planning process to create a successful outcome.
Contracts
Once you’re approved for a project, we’ll help you protect your business and your rights with our comprehensive builder’s contract.
Procurement
We’ll do your procurement for you. Yes, really. Thanks to our estimates, we know exactly what you need, and we’ll source it from our suppliers at mate’s rates.
